Just last week, Jennifer Aniston posted what she eats for breakfast and lunch[1] on Instagram, and now we have news of what she eats in-flight.

The actress recently shared some of her wellness tips in an interview with Yahoo Health[2]. Among the key learnings: She packs a salad for her flights in case they don't have what she wants.

"I get nervous about ordering fish on an airplane—it's terrible for the guy next to you! The smell just lingers and you're like "Sorry! So sorry. The fish was a terrible choice," she says.
