Taylor Swift[1] has spent a lot of time this year surprising us with her edgy fashion choices (leggings-as-boots[2], sex shop clothing[3], etc.), but this might really take the cake. While stepping out with Selena Gomez[4] yesterday, the star accented a graphic tank with a leather harness. A harness.
Per an on-top-of-it Tumblr fan[5], it appears that Tay wore the harness backward. The styling switch is likely totally on-purpose, since wearing it reversed turns the look into more of a caged corset, with focus on the breasts, and Taylor's still not that risque. The singer took to her Tumblr to respond to all the responses the accessory elicited, writing:
I think you're ignoring a really important point here...that my harness and I are always ready for a zip line/rock climbing.
