13 Predictions for Gwyneth Paltrow's New Skin Care Line

13 Predictions for Gwyneth Paltrow's New Skin Care Line

Last week, the CEO of Gwyneth Paltrow[1]'s lifestyle site[2], Lisa Gersh, announced [3]that they're working on their own skin care[4] line to be launched in January. Come look into our crystal ball and see our predictions for the details of the line—some we're totally serious about and some not so much.

1. Goop will be in the name. Too bad Super Goop[5] is taken.

2. Apple will be a key ingredient. We know Gwyneth loves the name.

3. Her cleanser will just be called "Cleanse" ('cause she's majorly into them[6]).

4. There will be an after-cupping [7]cream.

5. It will be offered in the locker rooms at the Tracy Anderson Method[8] studios.

6. The packaging will be labeled gluten-free.

7. There will be no bikini-line products (she likes to rock a "'70s vibe"[9]).

8. Everything will come packaged in pink, a la her famous Oscars gown.[10]

9. There will be an oil-pulling[11] mouthwash.

10. Her pimple creams will be about consciously uncoupling from acne.

11. Everything will be eco-friendly[12].

12. The sunscreen will include reminders that you do need some vitamin D[13].

13. There will be some English influences[14]. Perhaps the odd "u" snuck into words like "colour."
