If you missed the big wedding news[1] over the weekend, Prince Carl Philip of Sweden made Sofia Hellqvist [2]an official princess. And the low, rolled hairstyle she chose for occasion was clean, chic, flattering, and the perfect perch for a tiara[3]—but this one had a twist by way of emerald gemstones at the peaks. The flash of green made for a look that's exactly what we've come to expect from Hellqvist: Elegant with a touch of the slightly unexpected. Check out these close-ups.
Her hair was parted down the middle and rolled into a low, full chignon, that her veil was fastened to with a green comb or barrette.
