We know that First Lady Michelle Obama[1] is a strong woman. Like, literally, strong. She's shown us that she can dance like a mom with Jimmy Fallon[2], she enjoys intense Pilates classes called Lagree Fitness[3], and now we know that she's crushes it in the gym as well.
In a recent video posted to the Let's Move[4] YouTube channel, she accepts her husband's challenge to show us five ways she moves in the gym. And trust, she moves...with a jump rope, a weighted medicine ball, plyometrics and weights.
