It's true that foam rollers serve a good purpose, especially for people who work out on a regular basis. They help us stretch out tight muscles and massage spots we can't reach on our own. But when you really think about it, a foam roller is just that—a lump of foam that doesn't serve much purpose otherwise. That's why the GoRoll[1] is a pretty genius piece of equipment.
GoRoll comes in three different versions: Versa, Warrior, and Karmaru. Its main purpose is to be your go-to foam roller for all your foam roller needs—but unlike most standard rollers, you can adjust the density of the GoRoll according to where you use it in order to get your desired pressure. Firmer or softer, it's up to you.
Cool, right? But here's where it gets really interesting. When it's not rubbing out knots in your back or legs, you can pop open the top and use it to store your belongings because it's hollow inside, waterproof and has a resettable lock to keep stuff in place. There's even an interior pocket that fits your wallet, credit cards or keys, so all your personal items are safe and protected.
It also has a detachable strap that can be worn backpack-style or over the shoulder, and when you need it, can be used as a stretching strap. Yup, it seems like there isn't anything the GoRoll can't do. And just to add a little cherry on top, why not remove the lid, secure it to the bottom (because it can do that) and use it to carry your yoga mat too?
The GoRoll definitely takes its job as a foam roller, and then some, very seriously.
